Step One: Select a mutually agreeable date from the list below. This page is updated throughout the day. Unless otherwise indicated, morning slots begin at 9:00 AM and afternoon slots begin at 1:30 PM. Each slot has up to 4 hours available, though we may not need the full time. You may also reserve a full day if needed.

Step Two: Email info@empowerfamilylawlllt.com to reserve your selected date.  Include both parties’ names and email addresses, along with your case number. Be sure to copy the other party on the email. Your selection is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with an Agreement to Mediate attached. Confirmations will be sent within 1 business day.

Mediation is available in person in our Spokane Valley, WA office or Hayden, ID office or remotely via Zoom.

IMPORTANT:

When scheduling mediation, you are affirming that both parties have agreed in advance to use this office and that the chosen date and time are convenient for both. If a mediation is scheduled without the other party’s explicit consent, the party who schedules will be responsible for the full 1-hour minimum fee if the other party does not attend.
